All items in your orders are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. All packages are unconditionally insured for domestic and international deliveries.
How long does it take?It takes 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail domestic delivery for 1 receiver box. For multiple items purchased, we ship with UPS ground shipping. It will take 3-5 business days depending on the location these items are being shipped to. Please allow approx. 10 days for international deliveries after your payment is cleared. Most parcels to Canada are shipped via USPS. Please allow approx. 4-7 days for parcels shipped to Canada.
We usually ship on the same day if payment is cleared before 1:00 PST, but may take up to 1-2 business for payment verificaitons . Rush orders and express mail can be requested through email and/or phone.

Shipping shown only applies to the contiguous US states. For multiple orders shipping charge to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and APO will add additional fee to the shipping price (the exact amount will be calculated with respect to the product weight).

International Buyers - Please check with your local tax agency as you may be required to pay custom duty/tax on import of this particular product. We'll mark as a gift upon request.
Please note:
- We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses unless you pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check.
- We do not ship to forwarding addresses. Please make sure your mailing address matches your billing address.

Return Policy
- All Sales are final!
- Items that are found to be defective will be replaced. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits.
- Defective Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible to pay for shipping to us and we will pay for shipping to return the item.
- Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Items must be shipped back in brand new condition and are properly packaged.
- Units returned that are found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense and are also subject to a $20 tech fee.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
All Return Products found to be unsealed or used upon inspection will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel purchase orders.
