Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup option as our warehouses located out of state.
Payment Methods
Please forward payment via using Paypal. Please make sure your shipping address is CONFIRMED by Paypal or Verified your account by Paypal. Please make sure your shipping address is a physical address for UPS shipment. We ship to unconfirmed address only if you pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check. Money Order or Cashier's Check is preferred!
Paypal accepted only on US & International (Confirmed or Verified Acct) orders - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping and Handling
All items in your orders are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. All packages are unconditionally insured for domestic and international deliveries.
How long does it take?
It normally takes 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail domestic delivery. Please allow appx. 10 days for international deliveries, after your payment is cleared. Most parcels to Canada are shipped via USPS. Please allow appx. 4-7 days for parcels shipped to Canada.
We usually ship out on the same day after the payment is cleared before 1:30 PST. Rush order and express mail can be request through email.
Taxes
All orders placed in CA are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy
This is an Auction - All Sales are Final. In case item is found to be damaged or defective we must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt.
All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee + return shipping charge. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel bids by users with recent or excessive negative feedback. Please bid only if you are serious about completing this transaction.
Product Warranty
All products covered by manufacturers' warranty will be exchanged only through manufacturer, starting day 1 of the purchase date.
Retail BOX CPU come with 3 year Warranty.
OEM CPUs covered by 30 day exchange warranty.
NON-US customers - Please check with manufacturers' warranty in your country as it may be different from the US warranty. Our company does not provide warranty exchange for non-US customers.
